Caring for Celtic Engagement Rings

Most of the celtic engagement rings are heavily patterned and have some darkening agent thus should be cleaned carefully. You cannot use a toothbrush, paint thinner or liquids containing acetone, this is to prevent the darkening agent from being dissolved. These things should be avoided to enable the ring last longer. Celtic engagement rings with pearls, opal and turquoise should be cleaned differently. Celtic rings with pearls should be cleaned by wiping with a soft cloth or rubbed with fingers. The finger nails cannot scratch it because it has the same hardness as the nails. Never use bleaches, solvents, dish washing liquid, baking soda and powdered cleansers. Opal and turquoise Celtic rings can be cleaned by soaking and wiping with a damp cloth.
