Monofibre Trademark

Monofibre Trademark

It’s recently been highlighted that people are falsley claiming to be using Monofibre, when they definately are not.

Why do people feel the need to make out that they use Monofibre when they are not?! This just certifies that it is the original and best!

Both consumers and hairdressers and being somewhat mislead into believing they are using and buying Monofibre, when sadly they are not, they are actually using imitations. Some feel the need to go along with this, knowingly, due to the fact that Dome are established brand leaders.

Dome is presently working closely with the UK’s biggest online search engine, Google, who have removed all sponsored links to stop the registered trademark, Monofibre, from being exploited through false advertising on the web from companies purporting to sell Monofibre.

Reports from Google have indicated a growing number of salons being duped into purchasing inferior hair unknowingly under the assumption it is Monofibre.

Simon Forbes developed Monofibre over 25 years ago and when he invented hair extensions the fibres that were available on the market were not suitable to give natural looking hair extensions, nor did they have the longevity required.

Monofibre is a specially designed material, specifically made for use in skilled hair extension work and that is why it has been such a great success.

A spokes person from Dome says, ‘Monofibre is a superior fibre, created by Simon Forbes to outperform your natural hair. There are some unscrupulous companies out there trying to cash on the market with poor performing fibres. Unless it’s supplied by Dome Cosmetics it will not be Monofibre’

Monofibre is only manufactured and supplied to the professional market by Dome and is not a generic terminology; it is a trademark product.

If it is not got Monofibre on the packet then it is not Monofibre in the packet!!
